Refund & Returns

We comply with the Australian Consumer Rights & Guarantees rules for consumer protections.  Broadly, that means we will assist you to access a refund or replacement of parts where there is any manufacturing, delivery, warranty or consumer issues, and we may be able to provide refunds for change of mind, within 30 days of purchase (this may not apply to large or high value items).  See the Australian minimum statutory warranty, you are entitled to regardless of product warranties.

See each of our Brand manufacturers’ brochures or online material for their warranty periods, which are usually between 2 and 5 years. SMA also offers 5 year Manufacturer’s Warranty extensions (up to a maximum of 20 years) on some of its inverter products.

We may not be able to accept returns, or may charge a small service fee for refunds where you simply change your mind about the product, after 30 days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And it should be in the original packaging.
